Yes. Active crews appear on a live map so you can dispatch the closest team, catch a crew running behind, and answer where-are-they questions at a glance.
Do homeowners get an arrival time?
When a crew is dispatched, RevCore can automatically text the homeowner an arrival window and a tracking link, which cuts down on inbound calls and makes the experience feel premium.
Do the arrival texts require the SMS plan?
