Estimates built in minutes, priced for your market.

Start from a template for your trade, adjust it down to the line item, and let pricing map to your zip code. The estimate goes out from the driveway, not on Sunday night.

14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Price it right before it goes out.

Build good, better, and best from one scope, see your margin on every line, and let the card fee price itself in.

Three options from one scope

Switch to Good, Better, Best and each package totals itself. Mark one as recommended.

Margin only you can see

Every line is colored against your margin goal, with cost, margin, and profit in a panel the homeowner never sees.

The card fee, built in

Margin Protection prices the processing fee into each line, so you net the full amount when they pay by card.

What is estimating software for contractors?

Estimating software lets a contractor build a priced, itemized quote for a job, send it to the homeowner, and track whether it gets approved. Revcore's estimates start from a template for your trade, price materials and labor to your local market, and go to the homeowner's phone, where they can pick an option, sign, and pay the deposit in the same step.

Because the estimate lives in the same system as the CRM, the schedule, and payments, an approved quote becomes a job without anyone retyping it, and the deposit is already recorded against it. There is no separate quoting app to reconcile with the board at the end of the week.

It is built for trades that quote on site or right after a visit: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, solar, and exterior work.

Which plan includes it

Estimates are included on every plan. Good, Better, Best is on Pro and Scale.

Starter includes unlimited estimates and invoices and deposit collection. Pro adds Good, Better, Best quoting, material and add-on catalogs, locked pricing and margin floors for reps, and job costing. Scale includes everything in Pro. The 14-day free trial runs on the full Pro plan, so you can try tiered estimates before you pick a plan.

How fast can I build an estimate?

Most contractors build a complete estimate in a few minutes by starting from a trade template and pulling in saved assemblies, instead of building line by line every time. The more of your common scopes you save, the faster the next one goes.

Does Revcore know my local prices?

Yes. Material and labor pricing is mapped to your zip code and city, so your estimates reflect what the work actually costs in your market. You can fine-tune rates any time, and your changes carry into every new estimate.

How do Good, Better, Best estimates work?

You build one estimate and split it into three tiers, for example a repair, a standard replacement, and a premium replacement. The homeowner sees the tiers side by side on their phone, can switch on optional add-ons, and approves the one they want. Every tier is checked against your margin floor. Good, Better, Best is included on Pro and Scale.

Can customers approve and sign estimates online?

Yes. The estimate goes to the customer's phone by text or email. They open it in a browser, choose an option, and sign electronically, with no app or account to create.

Can I collect a deposit when the estimate is signed?

Yes. The deposit is collected in the same step as the signature, by card or ACH, and recorded against the job. Card processing is standard 2.9% + 30¢ card processing plus a 0.75% platform fee, and ACH is 0.8% (capped at $5) plus the 0.75% platform fee. Payouts land in 1 to 2 business days, or instantly for eligible accounts.

How does Margin Protection affect my estimate?

Margin Protection is on by default. It marks up each line item proportionally to cover card processing, so the price the homeowner approves already covers it, they never see a separate fee line, and the number you quoted is the number you keep.

Which trades are supported?

Revcore includes templates for roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, remodeling, solar, and more, and every template can be changed to match how you price. It does not generate aerial roof measurements, so roofers pair it with a measurement provider such as EagleView or Roofr.

Do you have an instant estimator for my website?

Not today. Revcore gives your team an estimate builder mapped to your local pricing, so a real number reaches the homeowner the same day. For your website, a lead form or qualification survey captures the request and puts it on your board.
