00/Careers
We're a small team of operators who've closed at the kitchen table, dispatched the next morning's crew, and chased the deposit by Friday. RevCore Pro is the platform we wished existed when we ran the work ourselves — built from the field side first, the software side second.
Remote-first · U.S. timezones · Hiring opportunistically
01/What we believe
Everyone on the team has run the work themselves. Engineers who've closed jobs, designers who've dispatched a crew, founders who've chased the deposit. The shortest distance between problem and fix is someone who lived the problem.
No quarterly road shows, no biggest-update-ever emails. Customers see the changelog before the press release because there is no press release. Cadence beats brilliance — if it ships, you wrote it; if it didn't, it doesn't exist yet.
Every decision lives in a doc. Every roadmap is public. Every meeting that could've been a thread is a thread. If you have to schedule a call to share an opinion, the opinion needed sharper writing first.
02/How we work
We're a fully distributed team. No headquarters, no required office days, no city tag on the offer letter. We do hire inside U.S. timezones so working hours overlap with our customers' field crews.
Two hours of meetings a week is a busy week. The rest is writing, shipping, and reviewing — on your own clock. If your role needs sync time, the calendar respects timezones; nobody on this team takes a 6 AM call so someone in Berlin doesn't have to.
Cash compensation lives in the top quartile of comparable SaaS roles. Equity is on a four-year vest with one-year cliff, priced at the most recent valuation, no exotic vehicles, no performance-gated tranches. We share the option pool size in the first conversation.
Full coverage from day one for you and your dependents. We pay 100% of premium for the employee tier and 70% for dependents. 401(k) with a 4% match, fully vested. Twelve weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of caregiver role.
Five weeks of paid time off, plus the company shuts down between Christmas and New Year and again the week of July 4. We track time off so you take it — if you're trending under three weeks by August, your manager will tell you.
The whole company gets together twice a year for a long weekend of working sessions, white-boarding, and meals together. Travel, lodging, and per-diem are on us. The format is deliberately small — no keynote stage, no track schedule.

We'd rather post no roles than post fake ones. If you've done the work and you'd be good here, write to us — if the fit is real, we'll find a way to bring you on.

04/How we hire
Day 0 · Reach out
Send a short note to careers@revcorepro.com with a paragraph on why this role and links to the work you're proudest of. No standard cover letter, no screening form. We read every message ourselves; expect a reply inside a week.
Week 1 · First conversation
Not a HR phone-screen. Someone on the team you'd work with talks through what the role looks like day to day, what we're trying to build, and what you'd own in your first quarter. You ask hard questions; we answer them.
Week 2 · Take-home work sample
You ship something real on your own time — a four-hour design exercise, a small PR against an open-source repo, a sales-rep call review, depending on the role. We pay a flat $500 stipend regardless of outcome. You keep the work.
Week 3 · Decision
Two reference calls (one we ask for, one you suggest), then a 90-minute working session with two more team members, then a decision inside seven days. We share the option pool size and comp range in writing before the offer. You take a week to decide.
