You delivered the leads. Prove what happened next.

Agencies lose contractor clients over lead quality that was never the problem. Revcore’s white-label agency program replaces GoHighLevel and runs the whole job after the click, so you can show exactly where every lead ended up.

The Revcore CRM pipeline, from new lead to paid job
The Revcore CRM. Every lead you generate, tracked from first click to collected revenue.

One customer. One record, from ad click to deposit.

GoHighLevel was built for the first three steps. Your clients make their money in the last four, and that is where the lead you delivered either becomes revenue or goes quiet.

GoHighLevel, Jobber, CompanyCam, Ingage, and Square become one login and one bill for your clients. CRM, conversations, automation, presentations, estimates, jobs, photos, invoices, and payments are native.

Two ways in. Wholesale starts at three clients.

Both are open today. Refer and we bill and support the client for you, or resell from day one, set your own retail price, and keep the margin.

Referral

We bill the client

Revcore bills and supports the client. You earn 25% recurring on every renewal, with no billing or support work on your side.

Requirements

  • One active client to start
  • A partner orientation call

Reseller

You bill the client

Buy wholesale under your brand, set your own retail price, and keep the margin. Your invoice, your client relationship.

Requirements

  • Three or more managed clients
  • Certified onboarding for your team
  • Your agency runs billing and first-line support

What reseller adds

Shipping with the reseller launch. Founding partners get them first.

White-label
Your brand on client login, forms, landing pages, portals, and email.
Snapshots
Launch a new client workspace from your proven setup, not from scratch.
Agency dashboard
Setup health, lead flow, and revenue across every client you manage.

Both tracks include HighLevel migration support and deal registration on every client you bring. Pick the track that fits how you already work, not the one you are supposed to graduate into. If you manage three or more contractor clients, you can start on wholesale in your first month. Wholesale schedules are shared in the partner review and locked in writing for founding partners.

Start with one client. Keep HighLevel running.

You should not have to bet a book of business on a platform you have not seen run a real job. So you don’t.

One client, not your book.

Pick a single contractor to move. Every other account you manage keeps running exactly as it does today.

HighLevel stays on through the move.

Revcore runs alongside it while we observe and shadow real traffic. You are never cutting over on faith.

Nothing is retired until counts reconcile.

Contacts, conversations, workflows, and consent records are compared line by line before anything is switched off.

We run the migration with your team.

You are not handed an export file and a help article. We work your first client moves with you.

If it does not hold, that client’s HighLevel account never went away. That is the entire reason we move one at a time.

From application to your first client live

  1. Step 1

    Apply

Tell us about your agency, the clients you manage, and which track fits.

  2. Step 2

    Partner review

A short call covering your current stack, which track you start on, and your terms in writing.

  3. Step 3

    Build your snapshot

Your pipelines, forms, workflows, and branding become the template every client starts from.

  4. Step 4

    Move the first client

We migrate them off HighLevel with you, one channel at a time, reversible until counts reconcile.

  5. Step 5

    Launch under your brand

Their login, portal, and email carry your identity. The next client launches from the same snapshot.

What agency owners ask first.

Want the head-to-head? Revcore vs GoHighLevel

Is Revcore Pro a complete GoHighLevel replacement?

Yes. Landing pages, forms, branching surveys, Meta Lead Ads, two-way SMS and email, calling, calendars, reputation, and visual workflows are native, plus the job side a marketing CRM was not built to run: estimates, in-home presentations, jobs, field crews, photos, invoicing, and payments. One contact identity carries attribution from the ad click to collected revenue.

How does migration from HighLevel work?

One channel and one acquisition path at a time, in four stages: observe, shadow, cut over, reconcile. Contacts, pipelines, forms, surveys, workflows, conversation history, and consent records all move, every run reports counts and conflicts, and nothing is retired until the final delta reconciles. Reversible the whole way.

Can our agency use its own brand and domain?

That is what the reseller track is built around: branded login, forms, landing pages, portals, presentations, and system email, so your clients see your brand rather than ours. Custom agency and client domains ship with the reseller launch. Founding partners are being onboarded now, and we will tell you exactly what is live on the day you start rather than after you have sold it.

Who handles client support?

On the referral track, Revcore supports the client directly, which is why there is no support obligation on your side. On the reseller track your agency runs first-line support and escalates to us, which is what the certified onboarding requirement prepares your team for. Migration is worked jointly in both tracks.

You run your own agency. Are you competing with us?

Revcore HQ exists and you should know that going in rather than discover it later. Deal registration is how we keep it clean: any client you register is yours, and we do not pursue accounts a partner has registered. If that ever stops being true, it would be a change to your written terms, not a quiet policy shift.

What happens to our clients if we leave the program?

Client ownership is written into your agreement before you sign, not negotiated afterward. In either track the workspace and its full history belong to the contractor, and transferring or offboarding an account is a supported, audited operation rather than a support ticket. Nothing is held hostage.

How does billing work when we add a client?

On reseller, you provision the client from your dashboard and the workspace attaches to your agency billing account. New workspaces start in a short trial rather than charging the moment they are created, so you can build the account before it costs you anything. Once live it becomes a prorated line on your existing subscription, and you receive one consolidated monthly invoice covering every active client plus usage. On referral, Revcore bills each client directly and nothing hits your account at all.

What are the exact rates?

Referral pays 25% recurring on platform revenue. Reseller margin is whatever you build into the retail price you set, on top of a wholesale schedule shared in the partner review and locked in writing. Guardrails in every agreement: deal registration, explicit client ownership, a wholesale floor, and auditable pass-through of fees and usage.

Will clients still need a field-service platform?

For most all-trades contractors, no. Revcore connects lead generation to estimating, in-home selling, scheduling, field execution, invoicing, and payments. Specialist tools like aerial roof measurement can stay connected where a trade needs them.

Bring the clients. We’ll bring the operating system.

  • We onboard one partner at a time, so every first migration gets hands-on help.
  • Founding terms locked in writing.
  • HighLevel migration worked with you for your first clients.
Hayden Mitchell, founder and CEO of Revcore Pro

I came out of IT and information security, then left to sell home improvement door to door. I closed $3.5M at kitchen tables and helped scale a contractor from $1M to $10M, and the whole time the software fought me. Marketing lived in one system, the actual work lived in another, and nobody could tell you which lead turned into money.

That gap is what Revcore was built to close, and it is the same gap that gets agencies blamed for leads they delivered. If you are going to put your clients on this, you should hear the terms from me, not from a rep working a script.
