Years in information security, then $3.5M a year closing at the kitchen table. RevCore Pro is the platform I needed in those rooms — built from the field side first, the software side second.
01/Why this exists
The contractors I sold next to were running ten-figure jobs from a three-year-old phone. The platforms they were paying for didn't reflect that. RevCore is what gets built when the person writing the software has actually carried the iPad up onto the roof.
02/The journey
Twenty years of building systems, then three years selling outside the tech industry, then RevCore. The order matters.
Age 13
Took apart my first computer in my bedroom. Started building, breaking, and rebuilding hardware. Learned how systems actually work by being the one who had to put them back together when they didn’t.
College
Management Information Systems and cybersecurity at university. Python, business management, audit frameworks. The first time I learned that the code and the bottom line are the same conversation.
Healthcare tech
Custom SQL, project management, full stack for a regional healthcare company. First time I owned a system hundreds of people depended on every day. The first lesson in what “production” actually means.
Apple contract
Contracted with Apple as an information security analyst on the iOS support call center. Audit prep, PII protection, incident response. Enterprise-grade trust standards I still carry into every line of RevCore.
2022
Walked away from tech and spent three years selling exterior home improvement door-to-door. $300K a month at peak, $3.5M my last year. Helped scale a family-owned company from $1M to $10M. This is where I stopped writing software for fun and started writing the software I desperately needed.
2023
Started with the agency side first — websites, lead generation, sales training for contractors. Proved the systems worked with real revenue before writing a single line of product code.
2024
CRM, quoting, presentations, and photo documentation in one platform. The first hundred customers came from referrals and contractor groups. No paid ads, no founder podcast, no investor announcement.
2025–26
Named a CODIE Award winner — the Oscars of the software industry — for best field-service-management innovation. Recognition from the Business Software Alliance, not from a tech bubble. RevCore Payments is live; AI-assisted quoting and the server-side follow-up engine ship this year.

03/What we won't do
The features we left out are the reason the ones we shipped work. Three commitments we wrote down before we wrote a line of code, and have not revisited since.
No per-tech pricing.
The contractor platforms that grew up in the venture era priced their tools per technician. We don’t. One platform, your whole team, one bill — because the math has to work for a six-person crew the same as a sixty-person one.
No continuous GPS on your crews.
Some FSMs ship with always-on location tracking enabled by default. We left it out on purpose. If you need to know where a truck is, you can ask. We don’t think the cost of always knowing is worth the cost of telling your team you’re always watching.
No venture timetable.
RevCore is independently owned. We’re not raising. We’re not exiting. We’re not beholden to a growth metric that doesn’t show up on your invoice. The roadmap moves at the speed of the contractors paying us.
04/Built with operators
“I was running my whole pipeline in a Google Sheet and texting estimates as PDFs. RevCore replaced all of that in a weekend. I closed a $42K re-roof through it my first month.”

Fourteen days, full feature access, no card to start. If something gets stuck, the phone number in the footer rings an office where someone who has actually closed a $40K re-roof at a kitchen table will pick up.
