Built by a closer who lived the problem.
RevCore Pro comes from Hayden Mitchell, an Apple iOS security analyst who walked away from tech, sold $3.5M of home improvement door-to-door, and helped scale a contractor from $1M to $10M, all while fighting six disconnected apps. So he went back to code and built the one he needed.

Tech, then trade, then back to build the fix.
Most contractor software is built by people who have never knocked a door or sat at a kitchen table waiting on a yes. Hayden did both. He went from securing iOS at Apple to closing $3.5M of exterior home improvement in a single year.
Running those jobs meant stitching together six different apps: quotes in one, photos in another, payments in a third, and follow-ups that never went out. He tried every platform on the market. None were built for how the work actually moves through a Tuesday.
“So I built the one I needed. One login. One thread. One bill.”Hayden Mitchell, Founder and CEO
Put the office in the contractor's pocket.
Skilled trade businesses are the backbone of every neighborhood, but the software built for them treats running a crew like running a spreadsheet. We think that's backwards.
RevCore exists to give contractors one place to win the job, run the crew, and close the books, so the people who build the world spend less time fighting their tools and more time doing the work that pays.
The principles we build on.
Built for the truck, not the boardroom
Every feature has to earn its place on a phone in a driveway with one bar of signal. If a busy crew lead can't use it in ten seconds, it doesn't ship.
Money in the bank beats a pretty dashboard
We measure ourselves on whether contractors get paid faster, not on how many charts we can cram onto a screen. Cash flow is the product.
Your data is yours
No lock-in, no hostage exports, no surprise price hikes once you depend on us. You can take your jobs, customers, and history with you anytime.
We answer the phone
Support is staffed by people who understand the trades, not a bot and not a ticket queue that loops back to a help article you already read.
Independently owned. Built to stay that way.
We're not raising and we're not exiting. Three promises we made to the contractors who pay us, and the patterns we refuse to copy.
No per-tech pricing
The contractor platforms that grew up in the venture era priced their tools per technician. We don't. One platform, your whole team, one bill, because the math has to work for a six-person crew the same as a sixty-person one.
No continuous GPS on your crews
Some platforms ship with always-on location tracking enabled by default. We left it out on purpose. If you need to know where a truck is, you can ask. We don't think the cost of always knowing is worth what it tells your team.
No venture timetable
RevCore is independently owned. We're not raising, we're not exiting, and we're not beholden to a growth metric that doesn't show up on your invoice. The roadmap moves at the speed of the contractors paying us.

“Estimates used to mean measuring, shooting photos, then two hours in Excel after dinner and a PDF emailed two days later. Half of those people had already signed with whoever quoted first. Now I build the good-better-best options in the truck and walk the homeowner through them at the kitchen table the same visit. Most sign right there, and the deposit clears before I'm off the street.”
