We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
This policy applies to personal information we process as a business. Where we process personal information on behalf of our customers (for example, data about your customers or employees that you upload to RevCore Pro), our customer is typically the controller of that data and our Terms of Service and any applicable data processing terms govern that relationship.
Information you provide
We collect identifiers and contact details you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, job title, trade or industry, team size, and billing information. We also collect account credentials, profile preferences, support inquiries, and any files or content you upload to the Services (including proposals, estimates, attachments, and notes).
Information collected automatically
When you use our websites or Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, clickstream data, feature usage, session duration, and diagnostic logs. We may also collect identifiers associated with cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers (such as payment processors and authentication providers), publicly available sources, partners who refer you to us, or your organization when it provisions access through single sign-on or directory integrations.
We use personal information for the following purposes, as permitted by applicable law:
Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests (balanced against your rights), consent (where we ask for it), or legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to the categories of recipients below, subject to contractual safeguards where appropriate:
We and our partners use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to recognize browsers and devices, maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure traffic and campaign performance, and understand how visitors navigate our sites and product surfaces.
Essential cookies are necessary for core functionality such as security, load balancing, and authentication. Functional cookies remember settings you choose. Analytics and performance cookies help us understand aggregate usage patterns. Where required, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may limit functionality of the Services. For more information about interest-based advertising, visit industry opt-out pages such as the Digital Advertising Alliance or your mobile device settings.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Criteria we use to determine retention include the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, legal or contractual obligations, dispute resolution needs, and whether you have an active account or ongoing relationship with us.
When you close your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, typically within ninety (90) days, except where we must retain limited records for security, financial reporting, backup integrity, or legal compliance. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained without time limit.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law. These rights may include:
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted by law. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include access controls, encryption of data in transit using modern TLS protocols, encryption of data at rest where supported by our infrastructure partners, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, and employee training.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at privacy@revcorepro.com.
The Services are not directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
RevCore Pro is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
