Account information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company name, and billing details.

Business data you put into Revcore, including customers, jobs, estimates, proposals, invoices, photos, and messages.

Usage and device information collected automatically, such as log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the product.

Website activity. When you visit our website, we automatically record the pages you view, how you arrived (such as the referring site, search, or ad campaign), your device, browser, screen size, language, time zone, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We give your browser a random identifier so we can recognize repeat visits.

Chat conversations. When you use the chat on our website, we record the full conversation, including what you type, the buttons you choose, and details you give us such as your name, email, and phone number. Our team can read these conversations, including in our workplace messaging tool, so they can reply to you.

Session recordings. We may use tools that record how you use our website, such as clicks, scrolling, and the pages you move between. Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings.

Information from other sources. We may work with data partners that match website visits to business and contact information, such as a company name, a person's name, job title, email address, phone number, social profile, and mailing address, using identifiers like your IP address, device, or cookies. We may also add publicly and commercially available information to details you give us.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Revcore platform and to deliver the features you ask for.

To process payments, send transactional messages, and provide customer support.

To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.

To understand how people find and use our website and chat, to measure and improve our marketing, and to contact people and businesses who may be interested in Revcore.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Revcore accesses the list of calendars available to your Google Account and event information from the calendars you select. Event information may include titles, descriptions, dates and times, locations, attendees, recurrence details, and Google event identifiers.

We use this data only to provide the Calendar features you request: displaying selected Google calendars and events in Revcore, detecting changes to linked events, and creating, updating, or deleting Google Calendar events when you make the corresponding change to a Revcore appointment.

Revcore stores encrypted OAuth credentials, the identifiers of calendars you select, synchronization state, and the Google event identifiers needed to keep linked Revcore appointments synchronized. Google events that are only displayed as calendar overlays are retrieved as needed. Information from Google events linked to a Revcore appointment may be stored in that appointment so changes can remain synchronized.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to build advertising profiles, or allow unrelated third parties to use it. Access is limited to providing and securing the user-facing Calendar integration. Service providers that process this data for Revcore are bound by confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings > Integrations. Disconnecting stops synchronization, revokes the Google authorization when available, and deletes the stored Google OAuth credentials from Revcore. You can also remove Revcore directly from your Google Account permissions or contact privacy@revcorepro.com to request deletion.

Revcore's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We share information with service providers who help us operate our website, chat, and product (for example, cloud hosting, analytics and session recording, email, workplace messaging, and payment processors), under contracts that require them to protect it.

Some of our website analytics and visitor identification partners may use information about your visits for their own purposes, such as keeping business contact databases up to date. Under some state privacy laws, this can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at revcorepro.com/privacy-choices, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Business data you put into the Revcore product is never sold or shared with these partners.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent collected for Revcore's text messages are never sold or shared with these partners or anyone else for marketing. See Text messages (SMS) below.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Revcore, our customers, or others.

If Revcore is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

If you have a Revcore account and choose to receive account texts, we collect your mobile number, a record of your opt-in (the wording shown to you and the date and time), and the message history needed to deliver the service and support you.

We use your mobile number only to send the account messages you opted into, such as new leads, signed estimates, payments, payouts and support replies, and to answer your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, which processes them only on our behalf.

Reply STOP to any message to stop, or turn texts off in Settings, under Notifications. Reply HELP for help. How opt-in works is described at www.revcorepro.com/sms-consent.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and accounting requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can manage most data directly in the product, or contact us to exercise your rights. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at revcorepro.com/privacy-choices. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as the same request. We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, IP address, and device or browser identifiers); commercial and professional information (such as company, role, and team size); internet activity (such as pages viewed, chat conversations, and how you interact with our website); approximate geolocation; and inferences about your interest in our products.

We collect this information from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from data partners. We use it for the purposes described in this Policy.

We may sell or share identifiers, internet activity, and approximate geolocation with analytics and visitor identification partners, as described above. This never includes mobile numbers or consent collected for Revcore's text messages. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
