Which lead sources became signed jobs?

Most contractors can tell you how many leads came in. Far fewer can tell you which of those turned into signed work, because the form lives in one system and the contract lives in another. RevCore owns both ends, so the answer is just a report.

reporting that reaches revenue

One contact identity, from the click to the cheque.

The source is recorded at the door.

When a homeowner fills out a RevCore form, the campaign, source, and medium that brought them there are written onto the contact record right then.

  • UTM parameters captured on form submission
  • Stored on the contact, not on a session that expires
  • Works on embedded forms on your own website

Why this is hard for anyone else to do.

Marketing platforms can tell you a form was submitted, because that is where their data ends. Field-service tools know the job got signed but never saw the click. Attribution to signed revenue needs both halves in the same system, which is the whole reason RevCore owns the estimate and the payment as well as the form.

  • Marketing tools stop early. They see the lead, not the contract or the payment.
  • Ops tools start late. They see the job, but the source was lost long before.
  • One system sees both. The form, the estimate, and the payment share a record.

What exactly can I see?

Which lead sources produced contacts, which produced booked estimates, and which produced signed jobs. Because the estimate and the payment live in RevCore too, the reporting follows a source all the way through to work you actually won.

Does this replace the reporting in my ad platform?

No, and it is not trying to. Meta and Google will still tell you what happened inside their own platforms. RevCore adds the half they cannot see, which is which of those sources turned into signed jobs once the estimate was written and the invoice was paid.

How do UTMs get onto the contact?

They are read from the page when the homeowner submits an embedded RevCore form and written onto the contact record at that moment, so they persist for the life of the job rather than expiring with the browser session.

Can I use my own Meta pixel?

Yes. Add your pixel ID in RevCore and it fires on the events worth optimizing toward, including form submissions and booked appointments.

Does this work if I keep my current website?

Yes, and that is the normal setup. The tracking rides along with the embedded form or booking widget you paste into the site you already own.

Estimates used to mean measuring, shooting photos, then two hours in Excel after dinner and a PDF emailed two days later. Half of those people had already signed with whoever quoted first. Now I build the good-better-best options in the truck and walk the homeowner through them at the kitchen table the same visit. Most sign right there, and the deposit clears before I'm off the street.
