Setting up your company profile and branding
Last updated June 2026
Your company profile is the foundation that everything else builds on. Set it up once and your branding flows automatically onto estimates, proposals, invoices, and customer emails, so every touchpoint looks professional.
Add your business details
- 1Go to Settings, Company, Profile.
- 2Enter your business name, address, phone, and support email.
- 3Add your license and insurance numbers so they appear where local rules require them.
- 4Set your time zone and business hours, which scheduling and reminders use.
Upload your branding
Branding is what makes a quote feel like yours and not a generic template. Add it under Settings, Company, Branding.
- Upload a logo in PNG or SVG for the sharpest result.
- Set a brand color that highlights buttons and headers on customer documents.
- Add a short tagline that appears under your name on proposals.
Use a logo with a transparent background so it looks clean on both light documents and dark email headers.
Preview before you send
Open any estimate or invoice template and use Preview to see exactly what the customer will receive. Adjust spacing or color until it looks right, then save it as your default.
Once your profile and branding are set, move on to importing customers and inviting your crew so the rest of your team is ready to work.
