Scheduling crews and dispatching jobs

The schedule is your dispatch board for the whole company. Assign jobs to crews, see the day at a glance, and let the app push the details to the field so everyone knows where to be.

Schedule a job

1. Open the Schedule and switch to day, week, or crew view.
2. Drag an unscheduled job onto a time slot, or click a slot and choose the job.
3. Assign one or more crew members to it.
4. Add arrival window and any notes the crew needs before they roll out.

Avoid conflicts

The schedule flags overlaps so you do not double-book a crew, and the job map shows where each job site is so you can keep a crew's day in one part of town.

• Conflicts highlight in red the moment they happen.
• Filter by crew or job type to plan a focused day.

Keep the field in the loop

When you assign or move a job, the crew sees it instantly in the mobile app, and the customer gets an automatic appointment confirmation and reminder. No phone tree, no missed details.

Pair scheduling with GPS clock-in so the hours your crew works on each job are captured automatically against the schedule.
