Creating photo job reports from the field

A photo report is proof of the work and a powerful trust builder. From the mobile app, your crew can capture before and after photos on site and turn them into a clean report you can share with the customer or attach to the invoice.

Capture photos on the job

1. 1Open the job in the RevCore Pro app and tap Photos.
2. 2Tap the camera and shoot directly in the app so each photo is tagged to the job.
3. 3Sort shots into groups like Before, During, and After.
4. 4Add a short caption or annotation to call out a specific area of concern.

Build the report

When the work is done, turn the photo set into a formatted report without leaving the field.

1. 1From the job, tap Create report.
2. 2Choose which photo groups to include.
3. 3Add a summary of the work completed in plain language.
4. 4Preview the branded layout, then tap Generate.

Share it

Send the finished report straight to the customer by text or email, attach it to the invoice, or save it to the job record for warranty and insurance needs.
