Getting started with the RevCore Pro mobile app

The mobile app puts the whole job in your crew's pocket, including the schedule, customer details, photos, estimates, and field invoicing. This guide gets a new team member up and running in a few minutes.
Install and sign in
- 1Download RevCore Pro from the App Store or Google Play.
- 2Open the app and sign in with the email from your invite.
- 3Set a password and turn on Face ID or fingerprint for quick access.
- 4Allow notifications so you get new job assignments right away.
Set up for the field
A couple of permissions make the app far more useful on a job site, so grant these when prompted.
- Allow location for GPS clock-in and accurate job arrival.
- Allow the camera for in-app photos and job reports.
- Turn on offline mode so you can keep working without signal.
The app caches your assigned jobs, so a crew in a basement or a rural area can still view details and capture photos. Everything syncs when signal returns.
Your day in the app
From the home screen, your crew sees today's jobs in order. Tapping a job opens everything they need for it.
- 1Tap a job to see the customer, address, and scope.
- 2Clock in, capture photos, and update status as the work moves.
- 3Collect payment on site and send the receipt before you leave.
