Getting started with the Revcore Pro mobile app
Install the app, sign in, and set it up so your crew can run the whole job from a phone, even with spotty signal.

The mobile app puts the whole job in your crew's pocket, including the schedule, customer details, photos, estimates, and field invoicing. This guide gets a new team member up and running in a few minutes.
Install and sign in
- Download Revcore Pro from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and sign in with the email from your invite.
- Set a password and turn on Face ID or fingerprint for quick access.
- Allow notifications so you get new job assignments right away.
Set up for the field
A couple of permissions make the app far more useful on a job site, so grant these when prompted.
- Allow location for GPS clock-in and accurate job arrival.
- Allow the camera for in-app photos and job reports.
- Turn on offline mode so you can keep working without signal.
Your day in the app
From the home screen, your crew sees today's jobs in order. Tapping a job opens everything they need for it.
- Tap a job to see the customer, address, and scope.
- Clock in, capture photos, and update status as the work moves.
- Collect payment on site and send the receipt before you leave.
