Managing your plan, seats, and billing

Everything about what you pay lives on the billing page. Change your plan, adjust seats as your crew grows, update your card, and grab invoices for your records, all in one place.
Change your plan
- 1Go to Settings, Billing, Plan.
- 2Compare Starter, Pro, and Scale and what each includes.
- 3Click Change plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
- 4Switch to annual billing to lower your effective monthly rate.
Add or remove seats
Seats control how many team members can log in. Each plan includes a base number, and you can add more as you hire.
- Add seats when you invite more crew than your plan includes.
- Remove seats when someone leaves, and billing adjusts on the next cycle.
- See current usage so you know how many seats are free.
Note
Removing a seat does not delete that person's history. Their past estimates, jobs, and notes stay on the records they touched.
Payment method and invoices
Keep your card current so service never lapses, and pull invoices any time for bookkeeping or expense reports.
- 1Update your card under Billing, Payment method.
- 2Download any past invoice as a PDF from Billing, History.
- 3Add a billing email so receipts also reach your bookkeeper.
