Inviting your crew and setting permissions

Last updated June 2026

Your office staff, sales reps, and field crew do not all need the same access. RevCore Pro uses roles so each person sees what they need and nothing they do not, like profit margins or banking details.

Invite a team member

  1. 1Go to Settings, Team, Members.
  2. 2Click Invite member and enter their name and email.
  3. 3Pick a role for them, which sets their permissions.
  4. 4Send the invite. They get an email to set a password and download the mobile app.

Understand the roles

Roles are bundles of permissions built around how trade teams actually work. You can start here and fine-tune later.

  • Owner, full access including billing and payouts.
  • Admin, runs the business day to day, no payout banking changes.
  • Sales, manages leads, estimates, and proposals, sees their own pipeline.
  • Crew, sees assigned jobs, schedules, and field tools, with margins hidden.
Note

Field crew roles hide cost and margin by default, so you can hand a tech the app without exposing what the job actually costs you.

Fine-tune access

If a role is close but not exact, adjust individual permissions for a person or create a custom role for a group, such as a lead installer who can edit schedules but not pricing.

  1. 1Open a member and click Permissions.
  2. 2Toggle the specific abilities they should have.
  3. 3Save, and the change applies the next time they open the app.

Seats are tied to your plan. If you run out, you can add seats from Settings, Billing at any time.
