Zapier connects RevCore Pro to thousands of other apps without any code. Use it to push new leads from your website into the pipeline, send job updates to a team chat, or log payments in a spreadsheet, all automatically.
Connect the account
- 1Go to Settings, Integrations, Zapier and copy your API key.
- 2In Zapier, create a new Zap and search for RevCore Pro.
- 3Paste your API key when prompted to connect the account.
- 4Confirm the connection, which you only do once.
Build your first Zap
A Zap is a trigger and an action. Pick what happens in one app, then what should happen in another.
- Triggers include new lead, new job, estimate signed, and payment received.
- Actions include create customer and create job, so other tools can push work in.
- Add filters so a Zap only runs for the records you care about.
Connect a web lead form to the Create lead action so every form submission lands in your pipeline at the New lead stage, ready to work.
Test before you rely on it
Always run Zapier's test step before turning a Zap on. It pulls a real sample record so you can confirm the data maps correctly, then switch the Zap live with confidence.
For accounting specifically, use the native QuickBooks Online integration instead of Zapier, since it handles two-way sync and reconciliation in a way a single Zap cannot.
