JobNimbus plans and prices
Every plan includes contacts, estimates, documents, e-sign, reports, invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, QuickBooks, JobNimbus Payments and API and webhooks. Engage texting (Communications Bundle) and the Marketing Bundle are add-ons with pricing on request. JobNimbus says pricing combines an account price with role-based pricing for admin, sales and field users. Older third-party articles list dollar figures from JobNimbus's previously published pricing; those are no longer shown by JobNimbus and are not used here.

Is JobNimbus worth the price?
JobNimbus is a CRM and project management platform built for exterior contractors, mainly roofing, gutters, siding, fencing and solar. It covers pipeline boards, estimates and proposals (through SumoQuote, which it acquired in 2024), invoices, payments, supplier ordering and aerial measurement ordering. Pricing is not published: plans run from Essentials (up to 3 users) to Enterprise (20+ users) and require a quote, with a 14-day free trial.
