Most homeowners can't pay for a big job out of pocket.

Built into the pitch, not bolted on.
Most financing lives in a lender's separate portal, or shows up as a line on a quote. Revcore's will live where the decision happens: the presentation and the estimate your rep already uses.

How many homeowners finance home improvement projects?
Fewer than you'd think pay the full amount from savings on big jobs. Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies found savings covered 78% of projects under $10,000 but only 54% of projects over $50,000, and only 54% of roofing projects. And 37% of adults couldn't cover a $400 surprise expense with cash (Federal Reserve, 2025).
Does offering financing help contractors close more jobs?
Contractors who offer it report that it does. A 2025 report from ServiceTitan with Synchrony and Visa found 12% higher close rates and 13% higher average tickets for contractors who offer financing (vendor-published figures). Harvard JCHS data shows projects financed through the contractor averaged about twice the spend of cash or card projects.
What's the difference between 0% APR and same-as-cash financing?
A true 0% APR plan charges no interest during the promotional period. A same-as-cash or deferred-interest plan can charge all the interest back if the balance isn't paid off in time. Revcore will show each program's terms plainly so homeowners know which one they're choosing.
Who pays for 0% financing?
Usually the contractor, through a dealer or merchant fee on each financed job, and richer promotions tend to carry bigger fees. We'll publish the fees for each program at launch, so you can price for them.
Who is the lending partner?
We'll announce our lending partner at launch. The programs we're building around are the ones home improvement buyers already know: 0% promotional plans over 12, 18 and 24 months, and longer fixed-rate terms for a lower monthly payment.
Will it cost extra?
Financing will be included on every Revcore plan. Any lender fees and the terms of each program will be spelled out at launch.
How will homeowners apply?
From the presentation or the estimate, on your iPad or their own phone, in a few minutes. Approval and terms come from the lender.
What should I do until it launches?
Keep using your current financing lender. Revcore already takes card and ACH payments and deposits at signing, so the rest of the sale runs in one place today.
