Turning on same-day payouts for RevCore Payments

With RevCore Payments, you can collect a card or bank payment the moment a job is done. Turn on same-day payouts and that money lands in your bank account the same business day, instead of waiting two or three days for a standard transfer.
Confirm your account is verified
Same-day payouts require a verified payments account. If you already accept card payments, you are most of the way there.
- 1Go to Settings, Payments, Payouts.
- 2Check that your business details and bank account show as Verified.
- 3If anything is pending, finish the short verification prompt with your EIN and a bank login or micro-deposit confirmation.
Enable same-day payouts
- 1On the Payouts page, switch the schedule to Same day.
- 2Confirm the deposit bank account.
- 3Review the cutoff time shown for your region. Payments captured before the cutoff pay out that business day.
Payments captured after the daily cutoff, or on a weekend or bank holiday, pay out on the next business day. The exact cutoff for your account is always listed on the Payouts page.
Track a payout
Every payout has a record that shows which payments it includes, the fees, and the deposit date. That makes reconciling against your bank statement quick, and it matches the deposits that sync to QuickBooks.
- Open Payments, Payouts to see upcoming and completed deposits.
- Click a payout to see the line-item payments inside it.
- Export a payout report any time for your bookkeeper.
