Getting started

How long does it take to get set up?

Most crews are live within days. Free onboarding includes migrating your customers, jobs, and history from your old tool or spreadsheets, so you're not starting from scratch.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. We move your customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices over for you as part of onboarding, at no extra cost.

Does RevCore work on mobile?

Absolutely. The whole platform, pipeline, estimates, job photos, invoicing, and payments, works from your phone, even on a weak jobsite connection.

Does it sync with QuickBooks?

Yes, invoices and payments export at launch. Full two-way sync, including vendor bills and chart-of-accounts reconciliation, is on the post-launch roadmap.

Do I need to talk to sales?

No. The trial is self-serve. Our team is available on the contact page if you want a walkthrough or have a question about the Enterprise track for 15 or more users with a custom SLA.

Features & day-to-day

Can homeowners track their job?

Yes. Every customer gets a private homeowner portal where they follow progress and photos, approve change orders, sign documents, and pay, all from one link. Scale lets you white-label it with your logo and brand color.

Can I text, call, and email customers in one place?

Yes. RevCore has a shared inbox that keeps texts, calls, and emails tied to the right job and customer, so the whole team sees the same thread. Two-way texting is included on every plan; higher text volumes and outbound calling run on our messaging add-on and require carrier (A2P) registration.

Does RevCore handle recurring service or maintenance agreements?

Yes. Set up service agreements for recurring maintenance, auto-generate the next visit and invoice on schedule, and track recurring revenue separately from one-time work. Service agreements are available on Pro and Scale.

Can I optimize crew routes and dispatch from the field?

Yes. Scheduling and dispatch include optimized routing and a live crew map so you can see who's where and send automatic on-my-way texts. Scheduling, dispatch, and GPS clock-in are on Pro and Scale.

Can I put follow-ups and reminders on autopilot?

Yes. Pro includes automated reminders and follow-ups for estimates, appointments, and invoices. Scale adds the full follow-up cadence engine (day 0, 3, 7, 14) plus automated review requests after a job wraps.

What reporting and dashboards do I get?

Starter includes core dashboards for pipeline, jobs, and cash flow. Pro adds advanced dashboards with per-rep and per-crew performance. Scale adds custom revenue and pipeline reports you can build to match how you run the business.

Pricing & plans

Is pricing per user?

No. Each plan includes a set number of crew seats (3 on Starter, 7 on Pro, 15 on Scale). Extra seats are a flat $49/mo, so growing your team doesn't quietly grow your bill.

What's included in the 14-day free trial?

Full access to every feature in your chosen plan. No credit card required to start, and no feature gating. We bill nothing until day 15, and only if you keep the account.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cycle from your billing settings any time. Annual plans pro-rate on upgrade.

How does annual billing save me 25%?

Annual plans run 25% below the equivalent month-to-month price. We bill the full year up front, and the per-month listed price is the annualized equivalent for comparison.

What happens if I add more users?

Each plan includes a base seat count. Extra seats are $49/mo each on every plan, billed on the same cycle as your subscription.

What's actually different between Pro and Scale?

Pro adds the crown-jewel sales tools, the interactive presentation builder, Good / Better / Best quoting, and material catalogs, plus scheduling, dispatch and GPS clock-in, service agreements, change orders, and automated reminders. Scale layers on multi-step follow-up cadences, 2-way QuickBooks and advanced integrations, custom revenue and pipeline reporting, a white-label portal, multi-location and API access, a named CSM, and built-in financing (coming Q4 2026).

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Pay month to month with no commitment, or save 25% with annual billing. Cancel whenever you like.

What if I cancel mid-cycle?

Monthly plans: cancel any time and keep access through the end of the current cycle, with no further charges. Annual plans: cancel within 14 days for a full refund. After that window, your prepaid term continues to its end date and does not auto-renew. There are no early-termination fees, ever.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or new businesses?

Reach out through our contact page and we'll look at it case by case. We don't currently publish a standing discount program.

Payments

How fast are payouts?

Eligible card and ACH payments are paid out the same day, so the money lands the day the work is done instead of waiting several business days.

How do RevCore Payments fees work?

Online deposits and invoice payments through RevCore Payments run at the standard processing rate of 2.9% + 30¢ for cards and 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH. All fees are disclosed in your payment settings.

Can I collect stage payments?

Yes. Collect a deposit on signature and let production managers send stage payment links from the field as milestones are hit.

Is homeowner financing available?

Not yet. Built-in homeowner financing is coming in Q4 2026, and the Scale plan will be the first to get access. We're finalizing our financing partner now. Today you can present clear monthly payment options inside your sales presentations.

Security & data

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls and continuous monitoring. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 partners.

Where can I review your security and data practices?

Our security page covers our auth model, encryption, row-level security policy, audit-log scope, and subprocessor list. You can also sign a DPA through our legal pages.

Can I export my data?

Anytime. Export customers, jobs, invoices, and photos in standard formats. There's no lock-in and no hostage fees to leave.
