Server-verified GPS on crew clock-in and job-site photos (Pro and Scale)

When a crew member clocks in, clocks out, or attaches a photo to a job on Pro or Scale, we now capture the device’s location at that event, verify it server-side against the job-site address, and stamp the timesheet or photo. Homeowners see a clean “On site” badge in the client portal for the window the crew is actively on their job. No continuous background tracking, no live-location map, no driving telemetry — location is requested in-the-moment for each event and scoped to that job only.

Homeowner Client Portal — Phase 2

The updated homeowner portal now includes an “On site” badge while a crew is clocked in on the job, a consolidated payment timeline, and PDF receipt download. Homeowners can also request a change order directly from the portal, which routes to the contractor for approval.

Improved the QuickBooks-formatted export so re-running it after a partial import never produces duplicate invoices. Each line is keyed by RevCore transaction ID, so your bookkeeper can re-import safely after a network hiccup. (Full two-way sync is still on the post-launch roadmap.)

Milestone billing — tied to job stages

Payment milestones (deposit, progress, completion) can now be linked directly to job stage transitions. When a job moves to “In Progress,” the deposit invoice is automatically sent. When it moves to “Complete,” the final invoice fires.
