Yes. The Revcore Assistant is included on every plan at no extra cost. It is in beta, and we are turning it on for accounts in waves: join the beta list and we will tell you when it is on for yours. What every Scale account can use today is the connection for your own AI assistant.
What can I use today?
On the Scale plan you can connect your own AI assistant, such as Claude, to Revcore with a scoped API key. It can look up clients, leads, open estimates and invoices, active jobs, today's appointments, and revenue, and it can add clients and leads. It cannot build estimates, send messages, or move money.
Will the Assistant send messages to my customers on its own?
No. It drafts, and you approve. Nothing goes to a homeowner until you tap send on the exact message.
Can it change payments, invoices, or signed estimates?
No. It reads your numbers so it can answer and draft, but it never takes a payment, edits an invoice, or touches a signed document.
What does it know about my business?
Only what is in your Revcore account: your jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, and conversations. Every answer links back to the records it used, so you can check it.
Which AI model does it use?
The Revcore Assistant is being built on Claude, from Anthropic. When you connect your own assistant today, you choose which one to use.
