The challenge
Summit Roofing's sales team could only produce about 3 quotes per day using their existing Leap setup. The quoting process involved too many manual steps: pulling measurements, building line items, creating the proposal document, and then following up separately. Mike had invested $4,000 in Leap's setup fees only to discover they still needed a separate tool for photo documentation. The team was leaving revenue on the table simply because they couldn't get quotes out fast enough.
