The Sign screen IS the pre-sign view. There's no separate estimate-as-PDF flow. The homeowner reads the scope, draws their signature, and the deposit invoice queues up automatically. ACH is free. Card surcharge is passed through and disclosed inline before the homeowner picks card.

SMS bridge
Inbound SMS routes through Twilio webhook → Supabase Realtime → portal update in under a second. Outbound portal messages fire the foreman's iPhone as a normal text. The bridge is bidirectional and bidirectional-quietly — hysteresis pauses auto-routing for 4 hours after a human-to-human exchange so the foreman never gets caught in a loop. Per the handoff, it's the most-used feature in the portal.
