Presentation mode — swipe gesture support

Tablet sales-mode use has tripled in the last six months, and the most common feedback was that reps had to reach awkwardly across the iPad to tap the navigation arrows mid-pitch. Swipe gestures are now the primary navigation on touch surfaces, with the existing tap-to-advance preserved as a fallback.
