Two generations. One standard.

Walt Hartline started with one truck and a promise to build every roof like it was on his own house. Today his son Brody leads a team of 140, and the promise hasn't moved: our own crews, the best materials we can buy, and a Hartline on every final walkthrough.

Roof replacement

Carmen walked us through three options with real photos of our own roof, not a sales binder. We picked the Class 4 shingles. Esteban's crew started at 7, were gone by 5, and the yard was cleaner than before they came. Our insurance agent took the discount paperwork without a single question.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Priya. Carmen and Esteban's crew loved working on your Allandale home, and we're glad the discount went through smoothly.

Storm and insurance

Two other companies told me I needed a whole new roof after the April storm. Hartline sent a drone up, showed me the photos and said the damage was only on the gutters and two vents. Honest answer, and they fixed it for a few hundred bucks. They have my business when it is actually time.

Metal roof

We went with standing seam after our second hail replacement in six years. The panels run the full length of each slope with no seams, and the trim around our stone chimney looks like it was part of the original design. Brody came out himself for the final walkthrough.

Response from the owner

Dev and Anika, thank you. That chimney detail took some care, and it was worth it. Enjoy never thinking about hail season again.

Roof replacement

I am in Sun City and was worried about the noise and the mess. The crew lead introduced himself, told me exactly when the loud part would end, and he was right to the hour. They swept the lawn twice with a magnet. My neighbors have already asked for the number.

Roof repair

Ceiling stain in our Travis Heights bungalow. The tech found a cracked pipe boot on the back slope, sent photos to my phone within an hour and quoted a fixed price. Repaired the same day. No upsell, no pressure about replacing a roof that still has years in it.

Metal roof

Our home in Rough Hollow is steep with a lot of angles, and the HOA is very particular. Hartline handled the whole submittal, including renderings, and it was approved on the first pass. The install took three days and they protected every paver on our driveway. Worth the investment.

Response from the owner

Kristen, thank you for trusting us with such a beautiful home. Our Lakeway crew still talks about that view.

Proudly Central Texas.

Three offices and our own crews across the Austin metro and the Hill Country.

How much does a new roof cost?

It depends on the size and pitch of your roof and the material you choose. After the inspection you'll get three clear options with a fixed price for each, so you can compare before deciding.

Will insurance cover my roof?

If hail or wind damaged it, often yes. We document the damage with photos, meet your adjuster on site and make sure the claim covers everything that needs to be done.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every Hartline roof is installed by our own trained, insured crews, led by a Hartline project manager.

What does the warranty cover?

A manufacturer system warranty of up to 50 years on materials, plus our lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the home.

How long does a replacement take?

Most homes are done in a single day by one crew. Larger or steeper roofs, and tile or metal, can take two to three days. You'll have the schedule before we start.

Let's take a look at your roof.

A free inspection with drone and attic photos, and a written report you keep. Start with what you need.
