Been in the Comfort Club three years. Last August our upstairs unit quit on a Saturday and they had someone here that afternoon with no overtime charge. The spring and fall tune-ups get scheduled for me, which I would never remember on my own.
The Comfort Club, $19 a month
Two tune-ups a year, priority scheduling and 15% off repairs, for $19 a month. The Comfort Club keeps your system ready for Charlotte summers and cold snaps, and puts you at the front of the line when you need us.
4.9 3,120 reviewsWhy two tune-ups a year in Charlotte
Your system works through two hard seasons. In summer it fights heat and humidity for four months straight. In winter it sits mostly idle, then runs hard during cold snaps. Each season stresses different parts, so we check each one before it starts.
The spring AC tune-up cleans the outdoor coil after pollen season, flushes the condensate line, and tests capacitors and refrigerant charge. The fall heating tune-up covers flame sensors, igniters, heat exchanger safety, carbon monoxide levels and heat pump defrost controls. Each visit ends with a written report and photos, so you know exactly what we checked and what, if anything, needs watching.
Priority when it matters most
During a July heat wave or a January freeze, our schedule fills up fast. Comfort Club members go to the front of the line for repair calls, and they never pay overtime for nights, weekends or holidays.
That matters most on the worst days. When hundreds of Charlotte homes call on the same afternoon, members get the first available technician, and our dispatch team calls them back first. Members also get a direct number for our member dispatch desk, so you are not waiting on hold with everyone else. If your system goes down during a stretch of 100 degree days or a January freeze, you will not be starting at the back of a long list.
What the plan pays for
At $19 a month, the plan costs about $228 a year. Two separate tune-ups outside the plan would cost more than that, and members also save 15% on any repair. Many members earn back the cost with a single repair.
The bigger value is fewer surprises. A clean coil and a tested capacitor in April are far cheaper than an emergency visit in August. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time, and if you have more than one system, each additional system is discounted. Your membership also follows your service history, so every technician who visits can see what was done last time.
When to give us a call.
Your system has not been serviced in over a year

Comfort Club, five stars.
The spring tune-up caught a swelling capacitor before it failed. Tasha showed me the bulge on the old one. With the member discount the replacement was cheap, and I did not have to wait for a breakdown in July to find out.
AC died on a Tuesday morning with the heat index at 104. I called at 9, Marcus was here by 1. Bad capacitor, fixed in 40 minutes, and he showed me photos of the old part. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid.
Danielle, thank you. Marcus mentioned how hot it was upstairs when he arrived, and we are glad he got you cool before the afternoon peak.
Good questions.

What does the Comfort Club cost?
The Comfort Club is $19 a month per system, billed monthly. That covers two tune-ups a year, priority scheduling, no overtime charges and 15% off repairs. Homes with a second system get a discounted rate for each additional system. There is no contract, and you can cancel any time.
Does the plan cover repairs?
The plan does not cover the full cost of repairs, but members save 15% on every repair and never pay overtime charges. Parts under a manufacturer warranty are still covered by that warranty. Your technician will always give you a flat price before any repair work begins.
Do I need maintenance to keep my warranty?
Many equipment warranties require proof of regular professional maintenance. Our Comfort Club visits are documented with a written report, so you have the records if you ever need to file a claim. We also keep your service history on file for you.
Can I join if my system is older?
Yes. Older systems often benefit most from regular tune-ups. On your first visit, we will give you an honest read on the system's condition. If something needs attention, we will explain it and give you a flat price, with your 15% member discount applied.

Comfortable again, today.
