Tile roof

We had a relay done on our 2001 home near Superstition Springs. Tanya showed us drone photos of the old felt crumbling under tiles that looked fine from the yard. Ramon's crew finished in four days, kept the driveway clean and set every tile back straight. The estimate matched the final bill to the dollar.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Danielle. Ramon's crew loved working on your street, and we are glad the final bill held no surprises.

Monsoon damage

Microburst took off half our ridge caps around 9 PM. I called the leak line and a crew was tarping by 11. They came back two days later with a full photo report for my insurance company. Easy to deal with from start to finish.

Foam roof

Our flat roof over the family room had been leaking at the scupper for two summers. Luis explained why the old repairs kept failing and they rebuilt the scupper and foamed the whole section. It made it through a very wet August without a drop, and the room is noticeably cooler.

Response from the owner

We appreciate you, Priya. That scupper had been fighting you for a while, and we are happy it finally behaved this August.

Tile roof

Clay tile relay in McCormick Ranch. They handled the HOA submittal, found replacement tiles that matched our 30 year old color and put the new ones on the back slopes. Nobody on the street can tell which tiles are new.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Kurt. Matching 30 year old clay was a fun hunt, and we are glad it blends in.

Roof repair

Our house is only nine years old, so I was surprised to have a leak. The tech traced it to a valley flashing the builder never lapped correctly and showed me photos before and after. Fair price, one visit, done.

Tile roof

Good relay job in Johnson Ranch and the crew was polite and tidy. Start date slipped a week because of HOA approval, which they warned me might happen. Work itself has been perfect through the storms since.

Response from the owner

Thanks for the honest review, Tom. HOA timing is the one piece we cannot control, and we appreciate your patience with it.

All over the East Valley.

Crews based in Mesa and Gilbert, so we're usually at your door within the week.

Straight answers.

How long does a tile roof last in Arizona?

The tile itself can last 50 years or more. The underlayment underneath is what fails, usually after 20 to 25 years of Arizona heat. Replacing the underlayment and relaying your tile is often all you need.

Will insurance pay for monsoon damage?

Often, yes. We document the damage with drone and on-roof photos, and can meet your adjuster on site so nothing gets missed.

Do you handle HOA approvals?

Yes. We prepare the color and material submittal for your HOA and track it until it's approved, so you don't have to.

How soon can you come out?

Most inspections happen within the week. For an active leak, call us any hour and we'll get a tarp on it.

What does the estimate include?

A written, itemized estimate with photos of your roof, the options that make sense, and one clear price for each. It's free, and it's yours to keep.

Do you offer foam roofs?

Yes. Spray foam with a reflective coating is our go-to for flat roofs. It seals seamlessly and helps keep the home cooler.

What does your roof need?

Pick one to start. It takes about a minute.
